Marvel unveils the first trailer for Ant-Man, the story of a master thief who has the ability to diminish his size but increase his strength.
Ant-Man has been a long time coming. Originally this film was the long nurtured project of director Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead, Scott Pilgrim). Unfortunately something caused the production to fall through just before filming was due to start and Wright left the project.
Marvel hurriedly started to look for a replacement director and found Peyton Reed who previously directed Yes Man, The Break-Up and Bring It On.
Have Marvel made the right choice?
I’m sure Will and I will discuss the trailer in the next instalment of Betamax and Laserdisc, our film and television podcast. Why not send us your thoughts on this first look at Ant-Man.
