First Trailer For AMC’s New Series, Preacher.

The comic adaptations are coming thick and fast. AMC throws their hat into the ring with their new series, Preacher.

Comic adaptations are nothing new for the small screen but recently these productions have been improving and taken more seriously. Take Marvel and Netflix’s Daredevil for example as a series that has succeeded extremely well.

But who is Preacher? I unfortunately can’t help you out there, so here is a direct quote from Wikipedia,

Preacher revolves around Jesse Custer, a conflicted preacher in a small Texas town who merges with a powerful creature that has escaped from heaven. Along with his ex-gal, Tulip, and an Irish vampire named Cassidy, the three embark on a journey to literally find God.

The show stars Dominic Cooper as Custer,Ruth Negga as Tulip and Joe Gilgun as the vampire Cassidy.

Preacher will be broadcast in 2016 on AMC.
