Keanu Reeves saves his family using cutting-edge science but at what cost?
When a synthetic biologist, Will Foster, loses his family in a tragic vehicle accident, he decides to save them and bring them back as clones. However, his new family aren’t told the truth and it seems the authorities aren’t too pleased either!
Replicas has been a long time coming. Filmed back in 2016, this is not the first or second but third trailer which has also been labelled as official. I’m not sure what that means for the previous trailers?
Keanu Reeves played Will Foster and is also a producer on the film along with production partner Stephen Hamel who co-wrote the story.
Replicas was directed by Jeffrey Nachmanoff who wrote the screenplay for the 2004 disaster movie, The Day After Tomorrow.
Unfortunately, there is no current release for Replicas in the UK. The US, however, can see the film from 11th January.
If you’re lucky enough to live in either Mexico, Portugal, Estonia, Finland or Lithuania, Replicas arrived in your local multiplexes this month (November).
All other territories, keep an eye on IMDb for your local release date.
