Vicarious nerd pride overload as geek rockers Kirby Krackle have a song featured on Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy animated series to air on Disney XD.

Kirby Krackle‘s recent Star Wars: The Force Awakens – Poe Dameron and Finn – inspired love song ‘It Suits You’ (Hear it on The Unheard Nerd Mixtape 9) was well received by blogs and websites across the nerdisphere, but now a Kirby Krackle song is making a bigger splash with another Disney owned franchise.

The geek rocker’s song It’s A Wonderful Day will feature in an episode of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy animated series to be aired on Disney’s XD channel.
