Seattle trio Death*Star have dropped a free, three track (four if you include the bonus track) comic-book based EP created for Kracklefest 4 and Emerald City Comicon – Caution, contains singing. Adam Warrock maintains the comic book theme by bundling up his All-New Marvel tribute tracks into a five song EP. In addition (because he releases new material faster than you can post about it) Warrock has just dropped a tribute to Image Comics’ The Rat Queens. Finally, Torrentz core member Klopfenpop has posted up his latest release, Haiku de Grâce for pre-order. $7 will get you an immediate download of three of the nine tracks.
Malibu Shark Attack To Support MC Lars In The UK.
Barely a week passes without more news from MC Lars regarding his UK tour this spring. You’ll have to forgive me though as things get more and more exciting. Lars has revealed his opening support for the headlining club portion of the tour will be Malibu Shark Attack. Who are Malibu Shark Attack? “Malibu Shark Attack are Rocky O’Reilly from Belfast, N.Ireland and Tribe One, from Atlanta, GA; He’s the reflective, insightful and witty Wordsmith rapping atop “post-new wave-prog-electronic-indiecore-synthpop” tunes made by Rocky.”
