#SDCC2017 | Marvel’s Inhumans Comic-Con Trailer

San Diego Comic-Con is underway which means that there’ll be an abundance of news and trailers for every fandom coming in thick and fast. We take a look at the new Inhumans trailer.

#SDCC2017 // Marvel’s Inhumans will break with tradition for television shows with the first two episodes scheduled to be shown in IMAX cinemas on September 1st. The series will then continue on ABC in the United States from September 29th.

The show has attracted a certain amount of criticism from fans for it’s distinctly unimpressive appearance. Unpolished CGI, stiff acting and particular attention being drawn to Medusa’s hair which appears far more animated on the pages of Marvel’s comic books that seen in the first trailer for the Inhumans television show.

This Comic-Con trailer goes some way to addressing those concerns. We see Medusa’s hair in action for the first time, and whilst lacking the drama of the character seen in the comics we do at least get a feel for what might be on the horizon.

So far Iwan Rheon (Ramsay Bolton – Game of Thrones) stands out from an otherwise unremarkable cast which includes Serinda Swan as Medusa and Anson Mount as Black Bolt, leader of the Inhumans.
