Thor: Ragnarok Looks Like A Huge Slice Of Fun! | Trailer #1

Thor: Ragnarok looks to take on some of the Guardians of the Galaxy vibe in this first trailer.

Seeing as we have the imminent release of two more Marvel films this year, Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2 and Spider-Man: Homecoming, I thought Disney would have held off the reveal for a third Marvel Cinematic Universe story a little longer.

But in all honesty, when it looks this good, who cares!

The third standalone film for our Asgardian hero sees him loose the almighty hammer, Mjolnir. Cast to the other side of the universe, Thor must find his way back to Asgard to try and stop the apocalypse, known as Ragnarok, which is being cast by a new powerful enemy, Hela.

Thor: Ragnarok has clearly taken a leaf out of the Guardians of the Galaxy book and amped up the humour compared to previous Thor films. This looks to have worked and I’m still laughing over that last line even now!

Title: Thor: Ragnarok

Release | US: 3rd November | UK: 27th October | World: IMDb

In Marvel Studios’ “Thor: Ragnarok,” Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok—the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization—at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela. But first he must survive a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger—the Incredible Hulk!
