Universal Monsters Are Back With ‘The Mummy’ | Trailer

Updated and starring Tom Cruise, ‘The Mummy’ is coming back to cinema screens with a distinctly different feel if this action-packed trailer is any indication.

Blink for a second and you’ll miss a lot in this fast-paced, action-packed trailer for the latest portrayal of ‘The Mummy’ scheduled to hit cinemas in the summer of 2017.

Tom Cruise takes the lead in the film that sees the rebirth of ‘Universal Monsters’ for a modern audience. Whilst the 1999 version of the ‘The Mummy’ starring Brendan Fraser was a box office hit, the tone of that film was much more light hearted than this newest vision of the story appears to be.

Worldwide release dates fall on either the 8th of 9th June 2017. Check IMDB for your region.

Synopsis | Though safely entombed in a crypt deep beneath the unforgiving desert, an ancient princess whose destiny was unjustly taken from her is awakened in our current day, bringing with her malevolence grown over millennia, and terrors that defy human comprehension.
