Unless You’re Bruce Wayne, Leave Your Batarangs At Home

We all know that there are certain items you can’t take onto an aeroplane including the obvious like guns, explosives and yes that includes Batarangs!

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) is an agency of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security that has authority over the security of the travelling public in the USA. They have an excellent blog that details what people try to take onto flights as part of their hand luggage.

I find many of the items simply unbelievable including huge knives, loaded guns (including replicas) and throwing stars. Several times this year the TSA has found several replica Batarangs which are classified as throwing stars.

Unless you’re Bruce Wayne with the money, resources and private jets, leave your utility belt at home.
