Vince Vandal – Why We Do ft Lex The Lexicon Artist & Schaffer The Darklord | Video

Forming the final single from Vince Vandal’s forthcoming album FNFII: Advanced Friends & Fandoms, ‘Why We Do’ features Lex the Lexicon Artist and Schaffer the Darklord on vocals.

Baltimore native producer Vince Vandal will drop FNFII: Advanced Friends & Fandoms next month. The album features many names familiar to fans of the Nerdcore hip-hop scene including Beefy, Mikal kHill and Dr Awkward to name a few.

Also featured are Lex the Lexicon artist with Schaffer the Darklord on this final single from the release. To accompany the track ‘How We Do’ comes a video shot by the multi-talented Vince Vandal on location in New York. Much of the footage is filmed in Brooklyn with a view of the famous Brooklyn Bridge as a backdrop.

Live footage was filmed a little earlier at DROM in East Village at a performance which formed the after party for the hacker convention HushCon. Coincidentally, I happened to be at this kick-ass show (look hard enough and you’ll even catch a glimpse of me in the video at the end. A face in the crowd).

Vince Vandal’s FNFII: Advanced Friends & Fandoms is available to pre-order now on bandcamp as a digital release for $8. The album drops in August.
