Voltron: Legendary Defender Returns For A Second Season

Dreamworks’ animated series, ‘Voltron: Legendary Defender’, is coming back to Netflix with for a second season this January.

Keith, Lance, Hunk, Pidge and Shiro are now established as the Lions of Lore, sworn to protect the universe. But wherever they go and whatever they do it seems a determined enemy has an uncanny knack of tracking them down.

The first season of ‘Voltron: Legendary Defender’ debuted on Netflix in June 2016 with a thirteen episode run. Whilst the show’s page on IMDB indicates that the second season will consist of only eleven episodes, it’s worth noting that there are no episode synopsis on the site yet either.

All should be revealed pretty soon though as new episodes are will hit the popular streaming site as of January 10th. One would expect the entire season to drop in one hit as with season 1, so get ready to binge.

‘Voltron’ is one of a growing number of Dreamworks animated series shown exclusively on Netflix. Others include ‘How to Train Your Dragon’ and ‘The Croods’.
