Delve further into the wizarding world created by J.K. Rowling with Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them set 70 years before the adventures of Harry Potter.
Eddie Redmayne stars as Newt Scamander in a film set 70 years before Harry Potter made his way to Hogwarts and read the best selling book by Scamander titled ‘Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them’.
The film is a prequel that follows events that occurred way before those of Potter and friends that documents the adventures of Scamander as he travels to the United States and finds himself involved with New York’s secret community of witches and wizards.
Colin Farrell features as Percival Graves in the trailer revealed exclusively for the audience at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. Perhaps the most endearing line of all is something most fans of J.K. Rowling’s writings can relate to – ‘I wanna be a wizard!’.
Judging from this and the previous trailer, fans will be familiar with the style and tone of the movie which features a reworking of the familiar theme music of the Harry Potter series.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them will hit cinemas in the U.K. and U.S. on November 18th this year.
