Wordburglar – Je Ne Care Pas | Video

Translated as “I don’t care”, Wordburglar’s latest video showcases just how chilled the rapper is on his latest single ‘Je Ne Care Pas’.

Presenting a fourth video from his fifth studio album, Rapplicable Skills, Wordburglar sends a clear message in Franglais – ‘Je Ne Care Pas’. Translated it means “I don’t care”.

The track is produced by Fresh Kils with cuts from fellow Toronto based producer and emcee, More or Les. The upbeat, easy-going beat forms the perfect backdrop to Wordburglar’s clever wordplay. And despite the negative connotations of the song title, the track comes across in a very positive and uplifting way.

The video, which was shot using a special rig attached to Wordburglar so that the camera was always aimed straight at him, was shot by Nathan Boone.

As if one cool video for one dope track wasn’t enough. A new Wordburglar album is set to drop in September 1st. Good news indeed!

About Wordburglar | A strong contender for the rapper most likely to be quoted at the water cooler, Wordburglar’s lyrically potent oeuvre runs the gamut from thoughtfully casual to ridiculously ludicrous. There’s just something about the way he puts words together that keeps people nodding their heads and smiling their mouths. With finely constructed whimsical lyrics, a sharp sense of humour and a dedication to true-school rap, ‘Burg has carved a niche for himself with audiences across Canada and beyond.
